I found the hotel to be quite neat and cozy with a lovely and friendly staff. The location was also great, being near the Atrium Plaza and easy access to restaurants. However, the dining experience was a bit crowded during breakfast, and the views from the room were not impressive. Also, I think they could improve on some advice regarding safety during earthquakes provided in the leaflet.
